''The Politically Incorrect Guide'' is a book series by Regnery Publishing presenting conservative or so-called "politically incorrect" beliefs on various topics. Each book is written by a different author and generally presents a conservative or libertarian viewpoint on the subject at hand. The series was the brainchild of Jeffrey Rubin, then editor of the Conservative Book Club, Regnery's sister company within Washington, DC-based Eagle Publishing. ==Content== Each ''Politically Incorrect Guide'' contains the following: * "Guess What" sections, which oppose common ''liberal'' viewpoints. * "PC Myth" which discusses widely believed ideas that the authors see as completely false and what they believe to be the truth. * Boxed texts * * "A Book You're Not Supposed to Read", depicted with a pig at the top of each box, lists books that challenge politically correct opinions about topics covered in the ''Guide''. * * "Pig" which lists quotes from notable authors supporting the opinions given. A picture of a microphone is featured at the top of each box. Some books have variations on this theme, such as: * "Muhammad versus Jesus" quotes in ''The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam'', which tells that Muhammad preached violence and Jesus nonviolence. * "What They Don't Want You to Learn From..." in ''The Politically Incorrect Guide to English and American Literature''. * "A Book Atheists Want to Burn" instead of "A Book You're Not Supposed to Read" in ''The Politically Incorrect Guide to The Bible''. * "Books the Viet Cong wouldn't want you to read" in ''The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Vietnam War''. * "Books a Yankee Wouldn't Want You To Read" in ''The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Civil War''. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「The Politically Incorrect Guide」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
